PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS As a part of their role during the event, vendors will follow and also facilitate guests in following all farm rules (attached) Including smoking only in designated areas and no outside alcohol. Please bring along necessary equipment and back-up supplies. The farm cannot provide extra items. Vendors will use the designated parking and driving areas and not trespass onto neighboring property or into non-venue areas of Green Gardens. All greenhouses and outbuildings other than the Greenhouse Event Venue and the restroom zone are off limits. We’ll all work together in a spirit of cooperation and fun to give our clients an incredible experience!
Site Visits Arranged Through CLIENT, please
Clients have a Pre-Wedding / Pre-Event Consultation meeting about a month before the wedding for every wedding we do, and scheduled as needed for events. (This is a HUGE perk that's not offered by other venues!) Vendors *may* request to tag along with their cleint for this visit in order to see the site. Additional meetings either off-site with staff or visits to inspect the venue will require a $100 fee, which will also apply if vendors visit.
Why do we have this policy? As a working production farm, our main focus on weekdays is growing outstanding vegetables. We have limited staff and resources, and it has become necessary to limit visits. (We were on #5 with a client when it became clear unlimited meetings and tours just wasn't the best way to ensure good service to all clients.)
Please prearrange all visits.
